CrossFit PFN is a complete CrossFit program that focuses on strength and conditioning and all round fitness. Whether you are new to the fitness world or looking for a place to develop, CrossFit PFN offers a class based training environment; focusing on Olympic lifting, Powerlifting, CrossFit WOD's and Strongman Classes on Sunday's. Our daily programmed workouts will help you train as part of a community towards common goals, whilst focusing on your own personal goals.
Workouts are programmed by our coaching team who have varied fitness backgrounds; honing their skills through qualifications in Strength and Conditioning, CrossFit Level 1 and 2, & Rowing Experience. Our morning classes are Coached by Hayley and evening Classes by Scott. The weekend sessions are Coached by owners Dan and Sam. Outside of the 1 hour class slots the community will welcome you to hang out in our newly renovated lobby and gym facilities and you are welcome to tap into the knowledge of #TeamPFN to help you reach your fitness goals.
