Timetable

Our PFN Timetable is below. Coach Hayley runs our morning sessions and Coach Scott Runs our evening Classes. Each class is 1 hour long. They start with a warm up, a strength element, a workout and a cool down.
1 day a week we have a 'Technique Day' this is normally on a Wednesday and as a class we focus on a specific movement (there is no strength element that day.)
Each session is limited to 8 people!
Our weekend classes are Coached by owners Dan and Sam. Saturday's are strength classes and Sunday's alternate between Strongman Classes and Olympic lifting classes! These sessions are 1.5 hours long.
